Women Housing Programs
Project Success provide crisis intervention and emergency shelter for teenage runaways and human trafficking victims. Services are also offered to incarcerated women (upon release), and women who are chronically homeless. Women must be at least 18 years old. We offer a number of supportive services to our clients which includes an individualized care plan. Also, case management and counseling is provided to each women that is excepted to the program. Vocational training and job placement is a part of this program. Pre-release and reentry programs are offered to females who are incarcerated and in need of transitional housing or halfway house placement after release. This program consists of, transportation, housing, career development, job readiness, medical vocational training and job placement. Parenting and reunification classes, behavior modification, spiritual enrichment, individual and group therapy are also offered.
Re- Entry
This program is to provide pre and post release support to newly released inmates. Project Success have worked with the Alabama Department of Corrections and The Alabama Parole and Probation office for many years.
Shelter
This program is made available to women and their children that are homeless. Project Success provides a place to sleep, bath and eat for women who live on the streets.
Domestic Violence
We also provide program services along with resources to those who are either admitted to the D.V. program or referred to a sister program.
Human Trafficking
This program is offered to male and females 18 and over who have fallen victim to human trafficking and/or teenage run away. We offer housing, survival kits, a safe place to sleep, food, clothing and counseling. Vocational training, drug rehab, career development, job readiness, and permanent housing opportunities. Each person will be assigned a case manager and family reunification is encouraged when applicable.
